Great news for parents, House of Blues Anaheim Restaurant & Bar now has a “Kids Eat Free” offer. Its available every weekend, Saturday and Sunday, from 11:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m. My wife and our two kids went to check it out. Children 12 and under get a free meal with a purchase of any adult full-priced entree. If you haven’t been to the beautiful new House of Blues in Anaheim located in GardenWalk, now you have an excuse to check it out.
The House of Blues Anaheim Restaurant & Bar menu draws its inspirations from across the South. The menu includes iconic dishes such as New Orleans jambalaya and gumbo, Lowcountry shrimp and grits, house-smoked Carolina pulled-pork barbeque, Memphis-style baby back ribs, and Delta fried chicken. The menu also offers signature Southern-inspired recipes such as Voodoo Shrimp and Carolina Mess, as well as a wide range of burgers, sandwiches and salads. My wife and I like to eat healthy. My wife ordered the BBQ Chicken Salad which has pulled smoked chicken, romaine, shredded cabbage, black beans, corn and tomato, with crispy onions and BBQ ranch dressing. I went with the Southern Salad which has mixed field greens, shaved apple, fennel, white cheddar, and toasted pecans, with apple cider vinaigrette. It is also gluten-free! We highly recommend both of the salads. As you can see in the photo, kids can pick fromcheese or pepperoni pizza, chicken tenders, mini-cheeseburgers, grilled cheese, hot dog, or mac & cheese. They also get a choice of cookies or sundae for dessert.
If you plan on taking your family to Disneyland for the holidays any weekend coming up, why not eat your lunch at House of Blues Anaheim before hand. The GardenWalk is right across from Disneyland and has free parking available at GardenWalk for the first hour. 2-hour validation is available, just make sure to bring your parking ticket with you for validation at House of Blues.
