Bionic Buzz® got to cover Club Cosplay un-official Wondercon after party at the House of Blues Anaheim. As you know here at Bionic Buzz® we love covering people’s passions. Its great when one event can take a lot of my favorite passions such as cosplay, music & after parties and roll them into one epic night. Credit has to go to Ivan Dade McClain for pulling off such an amazing event. The night featured tons of performances on stage from many different artists, a real cosplay wedding, dancing, cosplay & so much more. Check out our sizzle reel video and photos below. Can’t wait for the next one! By @SteveSievers

Here is the real wedding of Alfredo Garcia Jr as Hawkeye and Idalia Mejja as Black Widow. The wedding took place on stage and even the wedding party was in their cosplay. The officiator of the wedding was Hawkman. Watch their wedding ceremony, garter toss, first dance & wedding cake cutting.

Singer & songwriter Aaron Richards poured his soul out with his amazing cover of Goo Goo Doll’s Iris. We are so thankful Ivan discovered him playing in front of Target. Check out Aaron on Instagram, twitter and spotify.

The event featured bands playing in the Parish Hall with DJs and cosplay dancing in the main hall. Here is MC Lars (nerd rap) performing his hits Mr. Raven & Flow Like Poe both from The Edgar Allan Poe EP. MC Lars is one of the self-proclaimed originators of “lit-hop” and was one of the first rappers to sample and reference pop  punk & emo bands. Click here for our full MC Lars coverage. The headliner for the Parish hall was none other then the godfathers of nerd rock Nerf Herder. We give you front row access with video & photos. Including their 90’s hit Van Halen. Oh yes they did get their band name from Star Wars. Click here for our full Nerf Herder coverage.

The house band for the evening was The Millennial Falcons band. All of them wear Star Wars outfit/cosplay. The force is strong with all of them. By that I mean all are extremely talented musicians. I was amazed how they mashed up pop culture songs and did seamless transitions from one song to the next. They did this all with high energy and great stage presence. I seriously thought I was watching some Vegas show with them. Can’t wait to see them again at the next Club Cosplay.
