Bionic Buzz® got to interview celebrity Chef Wayne Elias. The interview took place in his kitchen at the Rockwell Table and Stage where he is the executive chef. He is most famous for being the chef for the Elton John’s world famous Oscar viewing party that benefits the Elton Johns Aids Foundation. The EJAF, they believe AIDS can be beaten. They raise funds for evidence-based programs and policies and also by speaking out with honesty and compassion about the realities of people’s lives. This year will the 15th year his company Crumble Catering and Events are doing the event. He also does other Hollywood events like movie premieres, celebrity charity events, & other award shows parties.
His venue is also a hot spot for amazing events and celebrities like Jeff Goldblum, Ross Mathews & more have called home for their performances and shows.
They also do fun musical spoofs of popular shows like Sex in the City, Stranger Things & more at the Rockwell Table and Stage.

During the interview Chef Wayne Elias cooked up his famous “adult” grilled cheese and open face New-England lobster roll. They are two appetizers out of the six that are served at the Elton John’s Oscar viewing party.
